Website Information
We try to keep service, product, course, deal, price, time, and opening details correct. These details can change. Please check the final price, time, and open slot with the salon before you book, buy, or visit.
Bookings and Enquiries
Sending a booking or enquiry form is a request. It does not confirm a appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when Slay Lash Studio by Farah accepts it and replies by phone, WhatsApp, email, or another official channel.
Please give correct contact details and arrive on time. If you are late, miss your visit, or ask for a last minute change, the requested services may not be available that day.
Customer Responsibilities
- Share correct details needed for the requested services.
- Tell us about allergies, sore skin, health issues, or past treatments before a service.
- Follow prep and aftercare steps shared by the salon team.
- Use this site in a lawful way. Do not send false, abusive, or misleading details.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment, cancellation, refund, deposit, package, and booking rules can change by service, product, course, deal, or branch. The rule shared with you when you book or pay applies to that order.
Results and Suitability
Beauty, grooming, wellness, and aesthetic results can differ from person to person. Site content is general help only. It is not medical advice. If you need care for a health or skin issue, speak with a qualified professional.
